Who they are & where they are based
Founded by the Reilly family in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, the business is driven by a passion for beekeeping and raw Irish honey. Although the brand is young (established 2020), their credentials and commitment to native bees have already earned strong recognition.

Sustainability & Bee‑Care Credentials
•    They produce 100% raw Irish honey, straight from the hive, without unnecessary processing — maintaining enzymes, natural flavour and integrity.
•    The hives are carefully relocated over the year to capture different floral sources — “chasing crops for the finest flavours” — while being sensitive to bee welfare and native flora.
•    They emphasise the conservation of native Irish honey bees and small‑batch production, ensuring traceability and environmental responsibility.

Why we love them at Blossom & Berry

Description

Raw Blossom Honey
Harvested from the lush landscapes of County Waterford, this jar of Raw Blossom Honey is 100% raw Irish honey straight from the hive, created by the Reilly family-run apiary.

The bees forage across diverse seasonal blossoms in carefully chosen locations—“chasing crops for the finest flavours” to bring you honey that carries the signature of its Irish terroir.
This honey is unheated and minimally filtered so that the natural enzymes, pollens and beneficial compounds remain intact—capturing the full spectrum of nature’s sweetness.

Tasting notes & experience:

  • Colour: A light to medium golden hue, showcasing the clarity and purity of the nectar.

  • Aroma & flavour: Delicate floral sweetness with subtle depth—suggesting summer wildflowers and native Irish landscapes.

  • Texture: Smooth and runny when fresh; over time a natural crystallisation may occur (a sign of raw honey quality).

Storage & usage tips:
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Raw honey may naturally set or crystallise over time—this is normal and does not affect quality. To restore a runny consistency, gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water (avoid high heat to preserve the beneficial enzymes).
Avoid feeding to infants under 12 months, as with all honey.

Elevate your gift offering with a jar of nature’s gold — Irish, raw and rooted in purpose.
